I almost forgot about these guys . . .

Amidst the flurry of news last week, I had almost forgotten that two top cardiac surgeons in San Francisco have been reviewing my cardiac echo. I heard from the one at SF2 by email today:

“I reviewed your echo with the head of echocardiography. We feel uncertain about the diagnosis at this point and feel strongly that a MRI is essential.”

Interesting. “Uncertain about the diagnosis”. Of course he is not yet aware of the results of the pelvic MRI, but interesting nevertheless. I responded with an email updating him about the pelvic MRI and indicating that I would request a cardiac MRI. One of these days somebody is going to have some good news for me . . .
