Just placed another call to the NY doctor’s office. The doctor is still in surgery. I was assured, however, that my file has been placed at the top of his stack of correspondence and that it will be the first case discussed with him when he gets to that part of his schedule. Whenever that is . . .
Based on how promptly they answer the phone when I call (usually on the first ring . . . two rings maximum), I’m guessing that they do not subscribe to caller ID. That may change by the end of this week.
